After-Sales Service Policy

When returning a product, please return all of the items received (including the original packaging and all accessories), even if they have been opened or damaged.
Please include the gift that comes with the product.

Due to internal processes in the banking and postal systems, it will take approximately 15-30 days for the refund to reach you or your bank account after we complete the refund process.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
Customers who order a product on this website can return or exchange it within 7 days from the date of signing the receipt if the product is found to be:
1. Broken or damaged upon arrival.
2. Different from that ordered on the website.
In any of the above cases, we will refund the payment for the item and the shipping costs for the return or exchange.
Customers that ordered an item from our website and find that they no longer like it, ordered the wrong item, or want to exchange the ordered item for a different one after arrival can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt provided that the following return policy is met:
1. The original packaging of the product is unopened and unused.
2. The product must be in the original box and packaging as received.
In any of the above cases, we will refund the payment for the item. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred as a result of the return or exchange.
We only accept returns and exchanges for products sold from this website. For products purchased from channels other than this website, please contact the channel of purchase to negotiate a return or exchange.

Damaged Products
When your order arrives, please promptly check the package for any damage that may have occurred during the delivery process. It is possible that the package will receive some wear and tear during the shipping process. However, if the product inside the package is damaged, please keep the package, the packaging material, and all items inside.
