Shipping and processing fees
FREE CROXX provides free and fast delivery service for all orders. If there is not an issue with the quality of the product that was requested to be returned or exchanged, the customer should bear the delivery-related costs.
All ordered products will be dispatched from the Shanghai headquarters.
After placing the order, confirm that the goods are sufficient. Orders placed before 17:00 every day will be processed and dispatched on the same day, and orders placed after 17:00 will be processed and dispatched the next day. During some events, due to system transmission problems , some products may be out of stock and oversold. In the event of such a situation, we will contact you as soon as possible. You can choose to cancel or wait patiently, the delivery time is expected to be delayed 5-7 working days, thank you for your understanding.
All ordered items will be delivered by SF Express, and the official mall provides free and fast delivery service for all orders.
We are unable to ship products to addresses outside of mainland China with the exception of orders from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Upon receiving such an order, we will contact the customer to express our apologies and cancel the order.
For orders from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, please contact our corporate WeChat customer service account as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide several delivery options.
All orders must be received with a signature.

Orders placed before 17:00 will be processed and sent out on the same day, and orders placed after 17:00 will be processed and sent out on the following day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays follow the typical working day processing hours.
For national holidays, we will follow the working hours of third-party courier service providers.
During certain campaigns, there will be delays in processing due to the large volume of orders. We appreciate your understanding.
To cancel an online order that has been placed, please scan the QR code to follow our corporate WeChat customer service account and explain the reason for the cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request in the following cases before the product is shipped, such as:
• The order or a part of the order is out of stock
• Unable to process payment information
• Unable to deliver to the corresponding address
• Duplicate orders
• Customer-initiated cancellation
• Exceeded the purchase limit
• And more
Once an order is processed, the order cannot be changed or canceled. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If your order is canceled successfully, you will receive an SMS notification. You will not be charged any fees. If you have any questions regarding the cancellation of your order, please scan the QR code to follow our corporate WeChat customer service account and message us as soon as possible.
