When making fabric products, durability and sustainability are the key factors to consider when selecting materials.
Our dedicated team of fabric researchers worked to find a fabric that combined these two aspects without losing its aesthetic value or functionality. After countless hours of deliberation, we finally chose a modified version of the 100D Shumei silk silicone-coated technology fabric for the tent exterior. This fabric is highly tear-resistant, breathable, and meets the CPAI-84 flame-resistance requirements. Additionally, it's also 3,000MM hydrostatic waterproof and UPF50+ resistant.
For the tent interior, the fabric consists of 160D ultra tear-resistant and age-resistant nylon—it's also breathable, flame-resistant, and 3,000MM hydrostatic waterproof. Other than the fabrics, we are gradually adopting the ultrasonic dyeing process to retain the natural color of the fiber material and reduce the amount of water used in the dyeing process. This approach truly balances the design, functionality, and sustainability of the product.
Unique Air Architecture
Our multi-patented inflatable frame system sets up the frame efficiently—the user only needs to pump air through one hole. The inflatable frame and the interior and exterior of the tent are all-in-one—there's no assembly required.
In calm weather conditions, our tents require minimal or no tent stakes. We achieve the stability of the tent with our inflatable mesh. For example, we conceived a hemispherical base structure for the tent using the Tribas Croxx Arc™, our newly developed curved air columns. The unique trefoil air pole roof design not only provides excellent stability with its solid triangular support but also maximizes the opening so that you and your family feel as if you are exploring in a lush jungle.
